At Tiny Trendsetters Boutique we work hard to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping information below  before placing your order.

 

1. Delivery Methods & Costs

We currently offer two delivery options:

Standard Royal Mail Shipping – £3.99

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working day

24/7 InPost Home/Locker Delivery – £3.99

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within:

1–3 working days

Please note:

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

Dispatch times may be extended during sales, holidays, or peak periods.

 

3. Pre-Order Items (Special Occasions Section)

Items listed in our Special Occasions category are often made to order or sourced from external manufacturers.

These items may take 1–3 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer.

Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and standard items, it may be shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.

 

4. Delivery Timescales

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are **not guaranteed**.

Delays may occur due to:

  Courier processing times

Weather or postal strikes

Seasonal volume

Issues beyond our control

We do our best to support customers if delays occur, but we cannot be held responsible for courier-related disruptions.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Weekend shipping is not available.

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate.

Tiny Trendsetters Boutique is not responsible for:

Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

Additional shipping fees for re-delivery

Some of our most popular styles especially items in our Special Occasions section re available on a pre-order basis. 

This allows you to secure beautiful, in-demand outfits before they arrive with us. Please read the details below before placing a pre-order.

 

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means the item is not currently in stock but is being ordered from our manufacturer or supplier.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you reserve the product ahead of time, ensuring you don’t miss out on high-demand pieces.

 

2. How Long Do Pre-Orders Take?

Pre-order items usually take:

1–3 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer

 

The estimated timeframe will be shown on the product page.

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary slightly.

 

3. Why Do Pre-Order Times Vary?

Delivery times depend on:

Supplier production schedules

 Seasonal demand

International shipping times

Customs or courier delays

 

We will always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

 

4. When Will My Pre-Order Be Dispatched?

Once your pre-order item arrives with us, we will dispatch it within our standard shipping time of:

You will receive a dispatch email once your parcel is on its way.

 

5. What If My Order Contains Both Pre-Order and In-Stock Items?

If you place one order containing both in-stock and pre-order items:

Your order may be held and shipped together when the pre-order item arrives.

If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

 

6. Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?

Cancellations are accepted **only before** the item has been ordered from the supplier.

Once the pre-order has been confirmed and processed, we may not be able to cancel it.

7. Can I Return a Pre-Order Item?

Yes — pre-order items follow our standard Returns Policy as long as they meet the usual return conditions

 (unused, unwashed, original tags, etc.).

Some personalised or custom-made items may be non-returnable, but this will always be stated clearly on the product page.

 

8. What If My Pre-Order Is Delayed?

While delays are uncommon, they can occur due to:

* Manufacturer restocks

* Supplier shortages

* Courier or customs delays
