Tiny Trendsetters Boutique - Returns Policy

At Tiny Trendsetters Boutique we want every parent and every tiny trendsetter to love their new outfits. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

14 Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of stains, odours, pet hair, or damage

Returned with original tags and packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear, socks, swimwear (unless unopened and in original packaging)

 Clearance or final-sale items

Accessories such as hair clips, pacifiers, or teething products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll correct the problem as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

 If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective product), return shipping is free

How to Start a Return

1. Email our support team at TinyTrendsettersBoutique@hotmail.com with your order number.

2. We’ll send you return instructions.

3. Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

*Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
